Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial data into strategic insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard metrics to drive data-driven decision making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, advanced functions)
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparables), and variance analysis
