Responsibilities
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions and investment opportunities
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis between forecasts and actual performance
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize capital allocation and ROI
- Develop dashboard solutions using Power BI and SQL for real-time financial monitoring
- Perform due diligence analysis for potential portfolio acquisitions
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or private equity
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis)
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data visualization and reporting
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- CFA charter or CPA certification highly desirable
