Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends to support strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects as requested by leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
