Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation scenarios
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and enhance automated financial dashboards using Power BI
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
