Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and impact financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
