Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, pricing, and scenario planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and Solver).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling principles and GAAP reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
