Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for HNW clients including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate preservation
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through personalized wealth management solutions
- Leverage proprietary analytics tools to deliver market insights and portfolio optimization
- Collaborate with legal/tax professionals to implement advanced wealth transfer strategies
- Drive business development through targeted networking and referral programs
- Maintain FINRA Series 7/66 certifications and ongoing compliance training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial services with proven HNW client portfolio
- Active FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or equivalent state securities registration)
- Track record of exceeding $500K+ annual production targets
- Expertise in retirement planning, investment vehicles, and risk management
- Exceptional presentation skills and financial acumen
- Ability to build trust with ultra-high-net-worth individuals ($5M+ AUM)
