Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through personalized wealth management strategies
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to optimize client portfolios
- Present complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with legal/tax professionals for integrated solutions
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and firm standards
- Mentor junior advisors to foster team excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation
