Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans encompassing investments, retirement, estate planning, and risk management for HNW clients
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through personalized advisory services and proactive portfolio management
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic networking and referral partnerships within Jacksonville's commercial corridors
- Conduct market analysis and implement tailored investment strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance
- Maintain FINRA Series 7/66 licenses and adhere to SEC/FINRA compliance standards
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and optimize service delivery
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to firm-wide best practices development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record managing $5M+ client portfolios
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice
- Documented success in client acquisition and retention within Florida's affluent markets
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
