Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial strategies for high-net-worth clients covering investments, retirement planning, and estate management
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and portfolio reviews
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and risk assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions

- Meet/exceed quarterly acquisition and revenue targets

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Series 7 & 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advising experience with proven client acquisition record
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Tennessee securities registration
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro)
