Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Lead financial audits by coordinating documentation and responding to external auditors
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and MS Excel (Power BI a plus)
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
