Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP and internal controls.
- Perform complex account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
