Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet every customer with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide personalized service.
- Cross-sell bank products (savings accounts, CDs, credit cards) to meet branch sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in opening and closing the branch while adhering to strict security and compliance protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate standard office equipment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Valid driver's license is required.
