Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Develop complex financial models and long-term forecasts to support business planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses and market research to identify new revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor the annual budget and operating plans.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present findings to executive stakeholders.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus but not required.
