Responsibilities

- Manage SOX compliance audits and internal controls documentation
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models
- Coordinate cross-departmental budgeting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical best practices
- Optimize accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Oracle NetSuite a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
