Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accurate data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to the general ledger monthly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
