Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume daily financial transactions and invoices.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and tax documentation.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and fixed asset registers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
