Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead financial statement preparation and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Manage complex reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Drive process improvements in accounting workflows and financial reporting systems
- Ensure audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA certification required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with Big 4 or public company background
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Proven experience managing multi-location financial operations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
