Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal and external audit coordination activities
- Develop and maintain financial reporting models for executive stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Provide tax compliance support and documentation preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Experience managing audit processes and regulatory reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
