Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with multi-entity consolidation
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve technical accounting issues
- Build financial models for strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Mentor junior accountants on technical accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and IFRS
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
