Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Conduct variance analysis and implement process improvements
- Manage SOX compliance testing documentation
- Mentor junior accountants using modern accounting software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
- Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI/SQL proficiency
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP S/4HANA
