Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Manage complex reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Support external audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Create financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Mentor junior accountants on technical best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in complex financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SOX compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
