Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement robust internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial audits and recommend process improvements
- Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements for corporate clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
