Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and financial software
