Responsibilities
- Execute complex month-end closing processes with zero material exceptions
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control documentation
- Analyze variance reports for 50+ investment portfolios across 3 states
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure seamless 404 attestations
- Maintain multi-currency accounting for international subsidiaries
- Develop financial models for M&A valuation projects
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training platform
Qualifications
- CPA license with 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Hyperion financial systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing cross-functional audit engagements
- Strong Excel modeling skills with VBA automation capabilities
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with private equity fund accounting highly desired
