As a key member of our accounting team, you will ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget packages.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and intercompany account eliminations.
- Assist in the external audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and fixed asset schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
