Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily general ledger activities and oversee the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with GAAP.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and assist management in the development of long-term financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
