Responsibilities
- Execute complex month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control assessments
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable financial insights to leadership
- Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
- Collaborate with tax department on quarterly estimated tax filings
- Maintain robust financial documentation in accordance with GAAP standards
- Lead process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (including VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Proven experience with SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
