Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in strict compliance with US GAAP standards.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, including complex journal entries and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state tax regulations and internal corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA/MAcc) is a plus.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
