Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end/year-end close processes with zero material discrepancies
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control documentation
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and executive dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA license (required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced Excel modeling and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Big 4 or public company background preferred
- CMA/CF designation a significant plus
