Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Manage complex audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Oversee tax compliance and regulatory reporting
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in SAP Oracle and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record with SOX compliance
