Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain internal controls documentation
- Support M&A transaction accounting due diligence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack/Teams)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills across virtual platforms
