- Collaborate with lending officers to structure loan terms aligned with risk tolerance
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Develop financial models to forecast repayment capacity and stress-test scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
- 4+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulations B, C, Z)
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
