Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness of commercial borrowers
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and recommendation reports for loan committees
- Monitor existing portfolio for compliance with covenants and emerging risks
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations, economic trends, and market conditions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and credit underwriting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
