Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and risk assessments for commercial loan applications
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk mitigation recommendations
- Manage existing loan portfolios and monitor compliance with covenants
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure complex credit facilities
- Stay current on Hawaii market trends and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in cash flow analysis and industry-specific risk assessment
- Proficiency with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Fiserv)
- Strong Excel modeling skills and financial statement interpretation
- Series 7/63 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
