Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and cash flow projections to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk evaluations for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for covenant compliance and early risk indicators
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure complex commercial financing solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Lead presentations to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Credit training certification (e.g., CRCM, CCE) strongly preferred
- Proven experience with SIC/NAICS industry risk analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
