Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports with clear risk assessments and recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signs of potential default
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure loan terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Proficiency in credit analysis software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Sageworks)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and commercial lending regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- FINRA Series 7 and/or 63 license preferred
