Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and risk assessments for loan committees
- Structure and document commercial credit facilities up to $25M
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with relationship managers on client credit needs and solutions
- Stay current on regulatory compliance (FIRREA, BSA/AML) and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and credit software
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB preferred) or equivalent expertise
- Proven track record in underwriting complex commercial transactions
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
