Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis and risk evaluation for commercial and industrial clients
- Prepare comprehensive credit memoranda and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure complex credit facilities
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Develop and maintain underwriting policies compliant with regulatory standards
- Mentor junior analysts through advanced financial modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and Excel advanced functions
- Credit Risk Management Certification (CRM) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance (FIRREA, BSA)
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial statements and cash flows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
