Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making and forecasting.
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and reports for the C-Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify market trends.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and budgeting methodologies.
- Certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
