Responsibilities
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through comprehensive financial planning.
- Asset Allocation: Analyze client financial goals and construct tailored investment portfolios to maximize returns.
- Strategic Consultation: Educate clients on market trends, tax-efficient strategies, and retirement planning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all recommendations adhere to FINRA regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Business Development: Proactively manage a pipeline of leads and expand your client base through networking and referrals.
- Performance Review: Conduct quarterly and annual portfolio reviews to adjust strategies based on market volatility.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Series 7, Series 63, and Life/Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or brokerage.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of prospecting, closing, and managing a client portfolio.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred.
