Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and collateral to assess credit risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early warning signs
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure complex credit facilities
- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit markets
- Present credit recommendations to loan committee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in credit underwriting software (e.g., Moody's Analytics)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and lending regulations
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience with agricultural lending a plus
