Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with provided equipment
- Assist customers with account inquiries and financial products
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy using provided counting tools
- Operate core banking systems and security devices
- Uphold compliance protocols with provided reference materials
- Build customer relationships through professional service
- Participate in team training sessions with supplied resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months cash handling experience
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn proprietary systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided support equipment
- Fingerprinting background check (equipment provided)
- Availability for weekends with flexible scheduling options
