Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, FICO)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- FL-specific lending regulations knowledge (FL Statutes 687)
- Credit certification (CRCM or CMB) highly desirable
