Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk mitigation strategies for commercial loans
- Monitor existing portfolios and proactively identify potential delinquencies
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure compliant financing solutions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead training initiatives for junior analysts on credit evaluation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and credit scoring systems
- Credit Certification (CRCM or equivalent) highly desirable
- Proven track record in managing $50M+ loan portfolios
