- Collaborate with loan officers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Ensure adherence to federal and state banking regulations (FDIC, OCC guidelines)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong understanding of credit scoring models and risk management frameworks
