As a key member of our Mesa team, you will help families and individuals navigate the complexities of the financial landscape with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct in-depth initial consultations to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans including retirement strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, and insurance analysis.
- Investment Management: Recommend and manage appropriate investment portfolios, monitoring market conditions to maximize returns while mitigating risk.
- Sales & Acquisition: Actively prospect for new clients within the Mesa and surrounding communities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and financial plans adhere to strict FINRA, SEC, and internal compliance standards.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of economic trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to your client base.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent state licenses).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sales role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build trust, establish rapport, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivation: A drive to exceed sales targets and a high level of personal accountability.
