Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess commercial loan viability
- Prepare detailed credit reports with risk mitigation strategies and recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early warning signals
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal lending solutions
- Stay current with regulatory changes (FCC, Basel III) and industry trends
- Present credit findings to senior leadership and credit committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and collateral valuation
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) a plus
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
