Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth credit risk assessments for corporate and commercial clients using advanced financial modeling techniques
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for executive review
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize credit structures and mitigate exposure
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update credit policies
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional financial analysis projects
- Present findings to credit committee with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with $1M+ portfolio exposure
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, ratio analysis)
- Advanced Excel skills with macros and Power BI visualization experience
- Solid understanding of FASB and banking regulations
- Proven track record in risk assessment and portfolio management
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
