Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk evaluations for commercial and corporate clients
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and market trends
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on loan structuring and approval processes
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify emerging risks
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through virtual channels
- Stay current with regulatory changes affecting credit practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and risk management frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of making independent credit decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) a plus
